Our coffee machines feature freshly ground coffee roasted to our specifications by a local New York state coffee roaster. If your water is hard, or of a poor quality, we will install a Vend-Friend water filtration system to guarantee a quality cup every time.

Cold food machines are stocked with our fresh, homemade food and all machines are equipped with health timers to insure optimum freshness in case of a power outage or other power interruption. These vendors merchandise product from three different sections to allow for many price points and a greater variety of food.

We all understand that machines do malfunction occasionally, but our preventive maintenance program guarantees your equipment is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis and replacement parts such as filters and light bulbs are always in working order. This proactive approach limits downtime and allows for a “no hassle” vending experience. Our repair service vehicle is stocked with a wide array of parts for the equipment we use, so once we receive a service call, most machines are up and running in a matter of 3 hours or less.
